Condition: Used. This oven is in good condition with some scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing too major or anything that would affect function.  The oven interiors are reasonably clean.
Notes: This Sveba Dahlen deck oven is used and in good operating condition with the exception of the steam generator on deck 2.  Deck 2 steam boiler needs 3 screw type heaters at $400ea, a water valve, a thermostat, an indicating light, and a steam nozzle.  The old heaters have been removed and threads there are clean.  Also the heater timers are on all the time with the exception of the ones controlling the lower heater in each deck. We verified operation of the 9 heaters (top, bottom, door) and installed new timers for the lower heater in each deck.  We replaced one thermostat in the upper steam generator.  We replaced all the indicator lights with modern LED equivalents with the exception of the one in the middle deck steam generator.  All ovens reached 600F and regulated there.  Here is a bread oven ready to work, with steam except on deck 2, capable of 600F.  Formerly a bagel oven for Dunkin' Donuts. The thought was that replacing the timers for the lower heaters would allow heat to be turned down there preventing scorching. Top and bottom heaters draw approx. 23A each; door heaters draw approx. 5A. The power requirement is 3x NEMA 6-50 outlets plus 120V for the control of each deck. Each deck accepts two baker's half sheets. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
